SitePlot Media is committed to making our website accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and design our sites including this one with accessibility as a first-class concern.
What we’ve done
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy on every page
- Sufficient color contrast (minimum 4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text)
- Keyboard navigation for all interactive elements, with visible focus indicators
- Alternative text for informative images and appropriate labeling for decorative ones
- Descriptive link text
- Form labels associated with their inputs, and error messages that identify the field and the fix
- Skip-to-content link for keyboard and screen reader users
- ARIA landmarks and live regions where they aid navigation
- Responsive layouts that work down to 320px wide and with browser zoom up to 200%
